Efectividad de la terapia Dialéctica Conductual en mujeres expuestas a violencia de género

La violencia de género constituye un problema de salud pública mundial, sus secuelas psicológicas exigen intervenciones eficaces, pero la evidencia permanece dispersa. Se realizó una revisión sistemática siguiendo las directrices PRISMA para sintetizar la evidencia sobre la efectividad de la Terapia Dialéctica Conductual en mujeres expuestas a violencia de género, evaluando la reducción de la sintomatología y los componentes asociados a mejores resultados clínicos. La búsqueda se realizó en Springer Nature y Web of Science (2006-2025), incluyó estudios empíricos en mujeres adultas con exposición documentada mediante instrumentos validados. La calidad metodológica se evaluó mediante el sistema GRADE y síntesis narrativa. Se incluyeron 13 estudios procedentes de cuatro países, con comorbilidad sintomatológica. La DBT-PTSD fue el protocolo con mayor respaldo empírico y tamaños del efecto amplios sobre el trastorno de estrés postraumático (Hedges' g = 1.00-1.60). La regulación emocional se identificó como componente clave, aunque presenta limitaciones en la adaptabilidad cultural.
